Send a real field report into the review queue

This form writes directly to the public report intake table so the admin team can triage location details, urgency, and follow-up notes inside the admin area.

Be specific about place

Include the neighbourhood, market, square, clinic, or landmark so the right crew can identify the territory quickly.

Use emergency only when it is truly urgent

Severe injury, heavy bleeding, inability to move, or acute breathing distress should be marked as emergency. Everything else should use the lowest honest urgency.

Submit a street-cat report

Use this form to flag a cat that needs checking, treatment, or urgent follow-up. Reports are written directly to the public cat_reports queue in Supabase.

Submitted reports are stored with status pending until an admin reviews them in the report management queue.
